Welcome to RH Basketball Academy. By accessing or using our website www.rhbasketballacademy.com and participation in any programs, lessons, or camps, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site. 

1. Use of Our Site 

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our site. If you are under 13,  you must have a parent or guardian accompany you while using the site and booking. 

1.2. Account Registration: You may create an account with us! You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential.

1.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may cause  harm or interference with the operation of the site. 

2. Services, Bookings, and Programs

2.1. Bookings: For booking lessons, call: 408-981-8535 or email: rh.basketball.academy@gmail.com. Then, to confirm the lesson, you will need to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Waiver Form, and Payment Policy. As well as putting your payment information to secure the payment before the lesson.  

2.2. Programs and Memberships: We are currently working on starting memberships and programs for our athletes.

3. Cancellation and Refunds 

3.1. Cancellation: The academy reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons. Participants will be notified and refunds will be issued if applicable.

3.2. Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Payment Policy, which is available on the Site. 

4. Code of Conduct 

4.1. Conduct: Participants must adhere to the waiver, which includes respecting the trainer, fellow players, and basketball activities. 

4.2. Respect: Any form of harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior is not  tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal. 

4.3. Attendance: Regular attendance is required. Notify us in advance of any absences. 

5. Media and Photography 

5.1. Consent: By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, inform us. 

6. Safety

6.1. Health: Participants must be able to play before starting their lesson. Inform us of any medical conditions or injuries beforehand.

6.2. Insurance: Participants should have personal health insurance. The academy is not responsible for any injuries or accidents. 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership: The content on the site is the property of RH Basketball Academy.

7.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create anything from content on the site without our permission. 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information however, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. 

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Disclaimer: Our site and services are provided as they are. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site. 

9.2. Limitation of Liability: RH Basketball Academy shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury occurring use of the site or participation in lessons.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be written on this page with an updated date. Continued participation and use of the site following the changes made, would be acceptance of the new terms. 

11. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
