RH Basketball Academy Payment Policy

1. Payment Structure

  • Program Fees: Program fees are to be paid in advance, either on a monthly, weekly, or per training session. Fees vary based on the program type (One On One, Group, etc..) and duration (default is 1 hour) for all age groups (Ages 5 and up). Specific fee details will be provided at the time of registration.

2. Payment Methods 

  • We accept payments via [bank transfers (Zelle), online payment platforms like PayPal, Venmo, etc.].

  • Payments should be made to RH Basketball Academy LLC and can be processed online, through any of the above payment platforms.

3. Payment Due Dates 

  • Singular Lessons: Payments should be made before lesson, unless communicated. 

  • Monthly Programs: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. 

4. Refund Policy 

  • Booking Lesson: Non-refundable 24 hours or later after date and time of scheduled lesson. 

  • Full Refund: If a participant cancels appointment before 24 hours of the lesson. Or a medical issue/ inconvenience has been communicated. 

7. Missed Sessions

  • Make-up Policy: If a participant misses a session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions will be offered.

  • No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions unless it is canceled by RH Basketball Academy.

8. Termination of Services 

  • RH Basketball Academy reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of our code of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
