RH Basketball Academy Payment Policy
1. Payment Structure
Program Fees: Program fees are to be paid in advance, either on a monthly, weekly, or per training session. Fees vary based on the program type (One On One, Group, etc..) and duration (default is 1 hour) for all age groups (Ages 5 and up). Specific fee details will be provided at the time of registration.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via [bank transfers (Zelle), online payment platforms like PayPal, Venmo, etc.].
Payments should be made to RH Basketball Academy LLC and can be processed online, through any of the above payment platforms.
3. Payment Due Dates
Singular Lessons: Payments should be made before lesson, unless communicated.
Monthly Programs: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
4. Refund Policy
Booking Lesson: Non-refundable 24 hours or later after date and time of scheduled lesson.
Full Refund: If a participant cancels appointment before 24 hours of the lesson. Or a medical issue/ inconvenience has been communicated.
7. Missed Sessions
Make-up Policy: If a participant misses a session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions will be offered.
No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions unless it is canceled by RH Basketball Academy.
8. Termination of Services
RH Basketball Academy reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of our code of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
